Back in 2023, we put in a call to respond to a on or around Our downstairs toilet. The plumber, Brad, visited our house, incorrectly, diagnosed our leak, replacing some parts around our toilet, and left wax stuff to our floor In addition to screws that ...were not properly installed. I was charged almost $500 and provided payment at the time. Due to the poor job That Brad did, we asked for him to come back at his cost. He was able to find the source of the leak, note it was our shower, not our toilet. The mess and poor installtion Of our toilet parts was still present., A master plumber come in and clean up the job. We were charged an additional $138. I submitted a one star review for the poor performance this company exhibited. A month or so later a manager calls me and request that I Amend my review. I agreed to do so after much reluctance. There was no mention Of an outstanding balance, and I considered this matter closed. Fast forward to two years later, it turns out Did not process my original Payment for a job I didn’t Actually need and that wasn’t actually completed To our satisfaction.
